SHIPPING & DELIVERY
While we will do all we can to ensure that your order is shipped and delivered to you on time, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Shipping & Delivery estimates
All orders are shipped on business days only. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Local deliveries: Shipping is fixed at S$1.20. For minimum spending of S$20, the shipping is free of charge.
International deliveries: Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s). You will be notified of the shipping costs before you complete your purchase.
We will start working on processing your order once it is placed. You can log in to your account to track the status of your order.
Pending – The order has been processed; however, the payment has yet to be confirmed.
Processing – The payment has been received, we are processing the order.
Shipped – The item has been shipped.
Track an order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. If your order has not arrived at the estimated delivery date, please email us at [email protected]
Change of destination
In case you placed the order and realized the delivery address is wrong, you can choose to change the address after placing an order and before shipment is arranged. Please email us at [email protected] for further assistance.
Not available on the scheduled delivery date
If you are not at home on the scheduled delivery date, our appointed courier service will contact you to arrange for an alternate delivery date and time
Wrong item shipped/missing item
If you received a product that is not what you have ordered or missing something from your order, please email us at [email protected] within 3 business days from the day you received the product for further assistance.
Duties and Taxes
Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes (VATs). These charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by our courier services upon delivery. Our courier services will prepay all amounts due to your local customs office to speed up the delivery process. We will include an invoice on the package stating the price of the items for customs declaration.
